These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the booking and payment for courses, workshops, and services at Be Me Salon & Nail Academy. By booking or attending any course with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Course Payment
- £100 Deposit Required: To secure your space on a course a deposit of £100 must be made at the time of booking.
- Full Payment Required: The remainder of the balance must be paid in FULL no later than 3 weeks before the course start date. At this point, if you have requested to be supplied with a NAIL KIT for your course, this payment is also due no later than 3 weeks before the course start date.
- Payment Options: Payments can be made via a payment link or bank transfer. Please contact us at julie@bemenailacademy.com to request the details for your chosen payment option.
2. Amendment of Course Prices
- Course Prices: We reserve the right to change the prices of our courses, workshops, and services at any time. Price changes may occur without prior notice. However, once you have made a booking and paid for your course or service, the price you have paid is final.
- No Refunds for Price Differences: If there is a subsequent price reduction or promotion after your booking, we will not refund any difference in price. The amount you paid at the time of booking is the final amount.
3. Bookings and Cancellations
- Course Bookings: All bookings are considered final once the payment has been made and confirmation of your place is received. We recommend ensuring you are available for the chosen course dates before booking, as cancellations or changes may be subject to additional terms.
- Cancellations & Refunds: If you have a need to cancel your course, you may cancel your course within 7 days of booking for a full refund. However, if you have booked within the 3 week period before your course is due to start, then under no circumstances can a refund be provided. If you are unable to attend within the 3 week period before your course is due to start, then only under extreme circumstances will a request for a date transfer be considered, at the discretion of Be Me Nail Academy (subject to availability). If successful, an administration fee of £50.00 per course date will be charged. Non-attendance where no prior notice is given will result in loss of course fees. If you are within the 7 day cancellation period, in order to cancel or make changes, please email julie@bemenailacademy.com Be Me Nail Academy do not accept any liability for courses cancelled due to ill health of educators or circumstances beyond our control, but we will do our best to reschedule the course at a time to suit you. Be Me Nail Academy is not responsible for any loss of income, accommodation or travelling costs students may incur due to the cancellation of courses.
4. Minimum Student Age
We accept all students aged 18 years or over for our face to face training courses. With regret due to insurance reasons, we are unable to accept students aged under 18 years on the day of training for face to face courses. Please note most insurers will only provide public liability (beauty therapist) insurance for working with the general public to those aged 18 or ove
5. Certificates for Courses
A hard copy of your certificate will be posted to you as soon as you complete your at home case studies after your training date. Any lost or misplaced certificates are charged at £25.00.
6. Accreditation
All accredited courses are accredited by ABT. ABT is a recognised beauty accreditor in the beauty industry, with insurance partners for you to obtain public liability insurance.
